Here we are at Stratford soaking up the glorious weather, tender skin is turning read and getting sore but solar panels are loving it(y)

I started logging my daily take of free power when we got here and do amps/24 hour taking readings from my solar computer "gizmo gadget" thingy. We have 4x80w panels but only 3 go through the computer and the other one tends to go to sleep anyway as there is no place for the power to go unless the inverter is on, so the following are from 240watts of solar.

Day 1. 47ah
Day 2 66ah
Day 3 62ah
Day 4 64ah

If you add 30% for the other panel we are getting over 80ah some days and peaked at 22amps a couple of days ago.

As a matter of interest Martin, do you have any idea how much of that power you actually use?
Meanwhile, suppose no chance of you supplying the field with free elh.

Everything that the computer counts is used, either by the batteries or running the fridge as we have the Votronic solar controller with AES out to switch a S+ fridge, we also have a 2kw inverter so the usual suspects microwave, Nespresso machine, hair dryer plus a bit of charging.

OK the scores are just in for the last 24 hour period and its 64ah so pretty consistent so far.

As a serious response to that question, yes if anybody was struggling I could plug them into the garage(y)

Or point them towards a solar installer on site.
