Yep it’s November, soon Easter eggs will fill the shelves of supermarkets, well they have been filling shelves with Christmas stuff for a month now! Competing with Halloween and Bonfire night. So if that lot can flog early, I can start planning my Moho trips next Spring. Me I’m thinking southern Italy (2 weeks) 3 sites for 4 days each. Get the ferry to Split and see a bit of mainland Greece for a week. Come back up the coast and go through to Germany
..
Anyone else thinking of next years trips?

Well as the 2nd half of 2024 got buggered up by my burn accident, my wife's back issue flare up and finally my MiL dying :(we intend making up for things in 2025. (Didn't even manage to celebrate our 40th wedding!)

January/February -South America (Patagonia)
March/April - North Spain/Portugal/Morroco in the motorhome
June - Le Mans (24 hour race) and France generally + Hopefully Glastonbury if we get tickets,
August - Taking the track car for a series of Track days in France in August and then Latitude festival.
September to November - somewhere warm in the Motorhome (to be decided)

Is that the same African country as Tam is heading for? One R and two Cs :)

So, it’s November
Never been away in Novemer before.

But we can really recommend Ireland in Novemer. The roads are very quiet - as are places to stop.

The autumnal colours are fantastic.

The pub food is good (althaugh, we do miss French restaurants!)

Me. I’m thinking southern Italy
Pompeii and Herculaneum should not be missed.

We are waiting on the Rugby League Championship fixtures to find out when we play Toulouse away. Hopefully it won't clash with the two family weddings we have next summer

The motorhome park lierally across the road from an entrance to Pompeii is worth knowing about.

That looks like a pretty full on year👍 enjoy, bet you are ready for it.

Not sure but this year has been hard so definitely going to make the most of it.
I’ve pretty well decided that if we are offered redundancy again next year I’ll take it … the dream would be that Tim is also offered it!

Arran for our two weeks in late May.

Thames Head Inn for Easter.

Lots of weekends walking for the rest of the year.

Scotland first for us during April and May and possibly a little bit into June too. Fingers crossed our new van will be with us for that trip🤞 Nothing yet planned for the rest of 2025 yet though.🤔
