Great but do wish I could put names in on PC then print out, is that possible or am I being a numpty?

You could experiment with where it should be on the page. When you get just the plain text in your wordprocesser printing where it should be. Then put a previously printed sheet through and it should print in the correct place.

I don't use MS word maybe someone could make a Word file using that graphic that you could fill the name in before printing.

I'm Back this file is a JPEG and in Microsoft Paint you can write your name in the panel

This is a Jpeg image that you can print and then use a marker pen to add your name. Or you can open it in a graphics program like Microsoft Paint and add your name before printing.
