Smev oven details missing

Hi
I have a Bessacarr e445 2003 model which I bought last march. Unfortunately when I went to use the grill it’s not working. I put it into a dealer to sort but unfortunately the model stamp number has been removed. They tried contacting smev but they said they can’t help if they don’t have the model number. Can anyone help please as it needs a new grill.

thats dealers for ya all they want to do is sell new vans .the trick is butter them up ask him his name take his card and tell him you will be buying a new van from him in couple of months. or email smev maybe send them a pic they have got back to me in the past good luck
