Completed lithium install all working except victron smart shunt it read -340 volts, could you give me any idea what I have done wrong see attached screen shot.

Is it connected the right way round on the negative battery post? It is specific for one side of shunt to be to the battery and other side of the shunt is all the negative connections from the habitation.
 
I'm sure it is but I'll double check tomorrow
