Smart BMS app not working

I used the Smart BMS app to check Lithium battery levels this morning. An hour later, I wanted to check them again.
The message " To get a nearby Bluetooth signal, turn on the GPS location service."
The GPS location is turned on for the app. I have uninstaller the app, reloaded, but the same message comes up.
Any ideas how I can fix the problem.

What make of Li battery is it? Most makes do not have a bluetooth type BMS so you probably need to speak to the manufacturer to find out what has gone wrong. I can’t see why you would need a GPS signal to make a bluetooth connection, perhaps you need to pair the devices again.
