Slow charge on hook-up AS Kingham

The leisure batteries (2) & vehicle via the control panel capacity were reading 91% this morning so l have plugged into hook-up. 6 hours later and l've only reached 95%. Am l expecting too much in 6hrs or could there be an underlying problem?

What charger, how big are the batteries? Seems unreasonably slow to me, does the panel ever say 100%?

EC500 PSU. Batteries are 110 each and less than 12 months old.
It's been sitting on 99/100 for a few days soaking up the sun via solar panel.
The past three days it dropped down probably due to a layer of dust/sand from the recent heatwave Sahara dust?

What type of batteries are they? If they're AGM and the chargers are set for gel or lead-acid, the batteries won't reach 100%

As said above you may need to re-calibrate the system.
