Our 2001 Pilote G270 front seats swivel which makes things very comfortable except it would be handy if we could also slide the passenger seat closer to the captains seat. Make it easier for the passenger to reach the table and more leg room.
I googled things, could only find a base for VW campervans to slide and swivel the standard VW double passenger seat. Has anyone managed to fit one to a Peugeot Boxer 230. That was the first Boxer but also the same as a Series 2 Fiat Ducato. Or any other suggestions.

Good idea, but what do I ask for? Most modern breakers want you to tell them what donor vehicle you are searching for. No more just turning up with a bag of tools and poking through a pile of cars three deep.

I had lowered seat box swivel fitted when I bought my Citroën PVC and they are great, seats are now at a level manufacturer designed... but they swivel in an elliptical manner, not circular.
It's odd, and I don't know why.
I find it annoying to have the front seats so close together when turned 180.

So in answer to the OP, they obviously exist

Height not a problem for us, it was the ability to slide the sideways I would like. That elliptical movement may be a good way of getting a bit of inward movement.
