I'm hoping for some ideas of sites with indoor heated swimming pools for the first week in October.
Needs to have hard standing - as who knows what the weather might be like in October.
Within about 1.5hours of home, Grantham, Lincs.
Although we do not usually use large site (we are CL people) I guess it will be a large site, but hopefully beginning of October will be fairly quiet.
I have found 2 so far:
Thorpe Park @ Cleethorpes, which if I have read it right would cost us £44 for 4 nights.
Lakeside near Louth, which seems to be £40 a night all year - far too expensive.

Has anyone been to Thorpe Park? If so what is the pool like? I could find a plan of the pitching area, but not the site as a whole - is it a long way to the pool? They seem to have a little train that goes round the site - makes me think it is very large, and pool could be some distance. It matters, because if it is too far we shall have to use our little mobility scooters each time.

Thanks

If you had bought your van from Brownhills ....

Seales at Hunstanten has a big indoor pool, open all year and someone in 2020 said they paid £10 per night.

Thanks for all the suggestions. Interesting to see how many are towards the west of GB. Or is it just where more funsters are based?!

Don’t know Cleethorpes’ site you mention but looked at the map, seems indoor pool is near the main entrance.

The mon-fri £10 a night is only selected weeks, I've already booked for next march 👍
