I have just found this in a review of a site, When you can't find anything to complain about you add this to your review (hope I got my grammar correct )
Grace Park
Laughton Road
Blyton
Gainsborough

Just one irritant- the misuse of apostrophes on the entrance notice & in reception eg 'Now taking booking's' & the list of 'emergency service's'. Plurals do not need apostrophes. Sorry if it sounds picky, but it just lets the professional appearance down somewhat. However we had a lovely stay & may very likely return again.

My old Post Office lady was a really arrogant woman..... treated everyone like second class citizens.

Her shelf for envelopes, etc., was marked 'STATIONARY'. ... One day I couldn't hold back from telling her and being really smug.. :)

My claim to fame. :)

I bet she was 'still' arrogant though - boom boom 😂😂

For 30 years from my lounge settee I suffered the irritation of an apostrophe in Cottage's on the pair of cottages right opposite me.
By chance I was home when a guy was painting the white wall so I asked him to obliterate it with a dab of paint which he did, and I can live with the gap between the 'e' and the 's'.

On the subject of Reviews it amuses me that so often people in summary of their stay write something pointless and negative along the lines of
'.........I can't find anything to fault ....'
as if with their own high standards and vast experience they've failed by not finding something to complain about.

Spriddler Did you run away when he did it so that you didn't get the blame? :)
