Site close to Portland Bill

I am looking for a site close to Portland bill lighthouse with EHU. I will be aiming to photograph the night sky (milky way) so will be going back to the site after midnight. I think I can stay overnight at the Pulpit inn car park for £10 which is an option but would also like a site with EHU as a back up.

Martleaves farm looks good but the website says there is no availability. It may be worth a call in the morning though. Thanks for the suggestion.

The New Ground long stay car park , Portland , (DT5 1LQ) allows overnight stays , max 72 hrs , ( No EHU ,£10-00) and is close to Portland Bill lighthouse , It is near the Heights Hotel and there are parking areas just past the Cenotaph with payment collected in the evening. (daytime parking £3-00)

Family used to camp there when I was a kid it was called The Devonish Arms then. Great place to see the light house, it had a lighthouse keeper back then too and an amazing fog horn. Have a lovely stay
