Sim pause contract

I am looking for a contract that I can easily pause / start in my van. Previously had Poppit but the eu roaming significantly changed. I want keep the sim in there and not fuss with swapping it out every time. Ideally unlimited or at least 150gb. Any suggestions,

Depends if the 150gb is needed in EU, if so I believe the Tiekom sims can be suspended for a small monthly fee, they give 400 gb in Spain and 200gb roaming.
