woodlands camping at silverstone...

We know they have electric hook ups, do they have water taps with easy access or should we fill up before we leave?

Woodlands has taps dotted around the roads, easy to get to, just lots of traffic around. The tap connections do vary! water pressure is ok. I always take what I need and top up with a container.
Toilet emptying is restricted normally to two locations, just round a gate by one of the toilet blocks. The other is on the left if you walk out towards the track.

Plenty of everything at Woodlands, you will be fine.

Plenty of taps on the road into the camping on your right as you get to the EHU area.

Elsan point is by the entrance to the tented area of Woodlands.

As said take a hose with different size fittings
