Thinking a bit ahead (and because I failed to find a couple of requested tracks last year :oops2: ), could any of the Shrewsbury attendees having a special request for a particular track or artist to be be played on the night please let me know. You can either post here or 'start a conversation'.

I'm certain some non-attendees will want to make their own offerings, but it would greatly help me if this thread could be reasonably kept on topic. Thanks.

I'm looking for one-off tracks, not whole playlists please.

Robin

You can't beat a good rendition of The Funeral March played about 1 am when headaches are just starting.

I reckon at 1am it will still be in full swing, sorry Robin, the bad heads should kick in much later:LOL:

I thought you were looking for some kind of roadway for extraction from the mud :)

hope it goes well, my place on the reserve list looks pretty dormant :(

You can joke @DavidG58, its bloody wet in Shrewsbury today. I will be surprised if the showground isnt up for a dunking in the next few days.

Bridge over troubled water anyone?

How about the sensational-alex-harvey-band/there-s-no-lights-on-the-christmas-tree-mother-they-re-burning-big-louie-tonight.

Dance the Night Away - the Mavericks - but I'm guessing you probably have that one.... (y)
I only want to be with you - Dusty Springfield
Mambo No 5 - Lou Bega

First time ever I saw your Face by Roberta Flack for the love of my life Jacqueline.

Maybe to motivate us all into dieting when we get home from Shrewsbury....

Nearly forgot, The Killers "Are we Human". A great dance track and a reminder of the Funsters rally in Manilva, had the bar rocking.
