Afternoon

Just got the van back out and getting ready for our first big trip this autumn..

Filled van up with fresh water turned on all taps to get water back into system after winter drain down..

The shower mixer tap is now leaking at the on/off-hot/cold part. removed tap via the Allen key to see water leaking out behind this...

HELP on how to get into this or how do I get this off the shower wall...

meant to be living in van whilst we move house next week as new house not ready!!!

Thank you for any help

Had the same on mine after i had forgotten to disconnect the shower hose from the tap and despite the taps being left on, mine froze and split.

Only answer was to fit a new one, which was pretty straightforward on my van.

Where is the water coming from?
If from under the on/off hot/cold lever, then you don’t need to remove tap, you need a new cartridge. Which can be replaced with tap in place.

Any pictures?

It will depend on the type of tap and the type of van.
A photo would help
Search eBay for motorhome mixer tap.
There will be a large selection

I thought the same, only on mine the ice pushed the cartridge up and split the entire taps body 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️
