She must be Joking......!!!!!

Going to take my surfboard to get back down....:giggler:

That's not a bad idea, all you need now is a few Funsters to open the Locks in sequence and you would be in Bath in no time? :giggler:

Could become an annual event, just like the Severn Bore! (perhaps they would name it after you, old-mo Bore, no that's not right!)

Hope you have a great time , like you 2 are up to our 54 this August , seems a lot of funsters are marriage longevity , must be something in this motorhoming lark . Keep your pecker up mate.

Have stayed there many times, even on that corner site a few times. Lovely site and close to canal for gongoosling or a walk if you are up to it. Devizes is lovely, all on the flat with several nice little cafes. Enjoy!

Mrs Old Mo has just reviewed these on Amazon..

Mo Check the Magpies web site before you go. Change of opening times and kitchen is being refurbished.

There is The Barge about a mile away so possibly a taxi if Three Magpies is shut?
I preferred the Barge roast but Mrs CC preferred the Magpies.

I preferred the Barge toast but Mrs CC preferred the Magpies.

I too prefer the Barge's outside space if it's a nice day, it's overlooking the canal. (y)

Recommend the Barge Inn.
Maybe a taxi if not your mobility scooter along the towpath.
Good food, good beer and very Daisy friendly.
A step up in quality from the Three Magpies.
