Servicing The C200 Cassette - Seal Replacement

The cassette was starting to get a bit pongy, even after minimal use, so time to replace the seal and service the O rings at the the same time.

Thought I'd post a few pictures in case it's of help to anyone else.

Thoroughly flushed and rinsed with lots of bleach and water, followed by a good clean with anti-bacterial wipes and a good set of gloves.

Stripped out the old seal.

Lubed up the new seal before fitting.

And stripped and lubed the other O rings while I was at it.

I then gave the flush mechanism a good clean and again, lubed it up.

So now there's no more nasty whiffs in the bathroom:)

Mine has gone a bit pongy of late and i was just blaming Mrs Tonka.. I might try a seal.
