Lots but slow learner.
I sent the same enquiry off to 5 different Honda motorcycle dealers just over 1 week ago.
This being for a new Honda PCX.
Only 1 of the 5 came back to me offering a completely different scoot.
So, i have noted 8 Honda dealers telephone numbers i will call from tomorrow. Of course the 4 that could not be arsed to get back to me are not on the list.
Point being, why do they have "Contact us" on their website if they are not going to be bothered to contact🤷‍♂️

The four that have not got back to you Bob I agree don’t deserve your money. Good luck with the others. (y)

If you get that sort of service before you purchase I'd imagine it would be non existant post purchase.

Have you tried Bill Smiths in Chester ? Not a recommendation, I'm just aware they are there and are well established.

Cheers

Smaller independents are perhaps better at chasing and retaining business with a more personal touch. When we moved to Germany we took our car with us, contacted three local Toyota main dealers to change headlights over to LHD pattern for TUV compliance prior to registering it there, one said they could not/would not do it, two others didn't reply. We were notified by Toyota of a seatbelt recall check on our car so booked the recall visit in when we were visiting family back in the UK, simply asked our local UK Toyota dealer if they could source and fit the new headlights at the same time, no problem at all! Seems some companies know how to get it right but others haven't a clue.
Have been using the same motorcycle workshop for MOT and service/advice for over 30 years, even just call in for a chat and coffee when passing because you feel like a customer rather than just an invoice number.
