Hi, So, had our van 10 months and the service light has come on but without any description of what’s required. Contacted Premium who advised it will be for a small service, oil and filter, so I contact Iveco who advised the small service is due at 30,000 miles or two years, Iveco then went on to advise the vehicle computer hadn’t been set correctly post production and the only way to reset is to undertake the service. I proceeded to back heel this to Premium and in turn Morelo, to which they agreed to pay. Anyway, on booking, Iveco advised it isn’t any of the above, it’s an electronic handbrake adjustment which falls to me at a cost of £270.00 + Vat. Has anyone had the same/similar experience?

6k of brake issues, they had to replace the whole system, this was on a 4 year old vehicle.

Are you sure it's not covered. They have a 2 year warranty.
Hi, I don’t believe it’s a fault, they said it’s an Iveco service requirement required annually. Not knowing, it’s hard to dispute. However, on all the vehicles I’ve had with electronic parking brakes this is news to me!

I remember your post regarding this prior to your exchange, fair play to you for undertaking the work, it says plenty about your character.
