What do you want to do? If its gas then you can maybe get a normal car place to look at it

What model is it ?
In my limited experience there isn't a great deal on them to service.
If it's not working, what are the symptoms ?
You could try removing the cover and cleaning all the accumulated leaves and debris out of the condenser and evaporator.
That assumes you are able to get on the roof safely, don't take unnecessary risks đź‘Ť

Most likely causes are:

Loss of refrigerant.
Faulty fans

Rarer :
Compressor failure
Electronics

Evaporators on some older models have the suction line brazed to the end loop. Vibration, in particular on vehicles with stiff suspension, causes the line to break and leak. Usually, they can be brazed repaired as the evaporators are no longer available.

“Normal car places” won’t usually have the product knowledge, skills, tools or even refrigerant for these type of units. Especially the R407c refrigerant.

Automotive systems have tap connectors to enable analysis and repairs.

Rooftop and Ducted Leisure systems are hermetically sealed and do not have tap connectors or Schrader valves.

To analyse the refrigeration system, you have to use piercing pliers, or fit an LTV, which should ideally be removed before completing repairs and replaced with an access fitting.

Depending on the model, internally you should be able to clean and or replace the filter/s, externally if you can access the roof safely you should be able to remove the cover vacuum out any dust, leaves or other debris and check that the condensate drains are clear so you don't get water dripping into the interior. If it is still not working satisfactorily then you would need to find a motorhome a/c specialist.

Also check that the drain valves that transfer the condensate to the roof of the van are not blocked. Having said this if they are blocked the condensate can drip into the van.

If it’s working and blowing cold air ok, clean the filter of the inside, remove the top check no debris and fan spins freely. Other than that there are no user serviceable parts inside. The refrigerator side of it is a sealed unit with no access valves. Requires specialist repair if any more than just a clean.

I suppose it would be a good idea to say if you mean service as in it's working well but you want to reduce the risk of future problems or repair as in it's not working!
