I’ve put an ad in the classifieds, in case anyones interested in a mobile home on Camping Alvor, Algarve.

Heading back to the U.K. for a few years to give a bit of support to elderly parents, and after that, who knows

Dave, is the phone number a Portuguese one? If so best to give country code as well.

Fees are €357 pcm, no restrictions no time or age limits and fully residential

€1000 admin fee for contract valid indefinitely.

utilities are metered, average around €65 pcm.

Correct. Just the €1000 contract fee, so that’s the same thing really, just that it’s fixed.
