We travel a lot in Europe and can find s-s laundries fairly easily - well, Germany doesn’t have so many because they all sensibly have machines in basements of their apartment blocks. We want to spend a month or so exploring East Anglia, BUT will we be able to get washing done without staggeringly expensive and few campsites? Yell dot com really isn’t a help. Any suggestions welcome (but not “keep it ‘til you get home”!)

Just type Launderette or Laundromat into the search box on Google Maps

Sherborne has a launderette by the Co-op. That’s Dorset. You could park a small van there but if your van is big then the West End Hall next door has a bigger car park that would be fine if there wasn’t an event on.

SS laundrettes are few & far between, always difficult to find them online.
The Revolution ones are great tho.

To be honest, searching for launderettes on Google Maps is all you need to do.

This is what I get searching in the East Anglia region that you're interested in. Plenty to choose from.

Look at the big marinas.

Many of the larger boat marina's, of which there are lots on the Broads, have washing machines, as do many of the camp sites.

We frequently travel for weeks at a time, and we make a point of having just enough to last 21 days if we need to, but we usually find a washing machine every 10 days or so.

We have not yet needed an emergency visit to the underwear section M&S.

We even had the offer of doing a load on CL's.
I think if you asked, especially if you offered to pay, many CL's would be happy to do a load.
The main issue at this time of year is drying the clothing.
We have mastered the art of rigging up about 10m of washing line inside our Quest pop up tent, which keeps the rain off, but it's so damp outside it can take days for stuff to dry.

Lol I remember that from a trip to Wales in early 2000's lol Roy's of Wrexham every where I think the guy owns most of north Wales
I think you'll find its Ryan (reynolds) of Wrexham, and Roy of Wroxham.
Similar towns, nearly next to each other (on a global scale), both have a good canoeing river right in the middle of town and the best Chip shop in the area!
Both also have locals who do not speak English as a first language, and support the local football team.
