Securing straps

Hello all..I have 2 light aluminum ladders that I would ideally like to secure on to the back wall of my garage in the motorhome. The issue I have is that if I screw the screws will come thru to the inside cab...any ideas .I've bought the straps...just need the best adhesive

I have glued decent sized timber pads to the internal wall of the motorhome. You can then fix what you like to the timber pads. It can look very neat if done with care and thought.
