I see that Searchforsites has sold out to Harvest hosts who already own Britstops, looking at their new TOBs I suspect they are more interested in information sales than providing more sites for us to park at

You'd have thought there would have been an introduction from the UK representative typical over the pond attitude 'this is what we do and this is how we do it'
Just make sure everything is on the sat nav

I think you're absolutely right Dave.
I don't usually bother reading the small print, but this time I did and the information they want to collect goes way beyond what is required to operate the site.
I shall be deleting the app. Pity, because it's a useful tool, but there are plenty of other options - at the moment

Haven't read the new terms but didn't read the old ones either. I shall keep it while it's useful and ditch it if not or if the price goes up.

I “looked” at the T&Cs but it took me several scrolls and I never reached the end !

I will wait to hear the complaints from users and consider cancellation.

I wonder where the “fair terms” legislation comes into interpreting many pages of fine print.

Had a quick read of the T&Cs , got as far as 'RV' and thought, that's just been lifted straight off their Merkin website
