Seals on the roof of motorhome covered in moss

Our Motorhome on the roof the seals are black covered in Moss , Question is should i remove the black moss and reseal the joins? You cant actually see the sealant its all black in moss. Whats the best way to deal with this please?

I'd clean it with actiwash and a brush and see what it looks like, if rotten and crumbling out, replace it
