Hi all

We need help. We have a 2017 Autotrail Apache 634 (rear lounge). We need a new seal for one of our rear locker doors as water keeps getting in and on our current habitation check the damp figure was 40%.

Any ideas on where I can get this? Everytime I search in Google I can't find the right seal.

Thanks in advance 😊

Do you have a picture of the current seal?

Whenever I do a search for something for the MH I usually search for caravan parts, brings back better/bigger results.

Hi there. Autotrail are currently dealing with this issue and according to Seals Plus Direct, it should be available quite soon? We Will see. The door seal is a problem because like most of them (Autotrail that is) They just about make contact with the seal when the door is shut!
Trust me...Been in the back of ours when Carolyn has been using the Garden hose on it like she was possessed!! The door seems a tad too small and it does not matter what you do...it is a real bugger to seal off properly! That said...You can try pulling off the clip on seal on the cassette frame and have the top as the bottom. I know it sounds odd but because there is a join in it...it rusts through and sucks the water up and through it! Have the join at the to and try that first. If its like the one we have ( And Im sure it is ) it should have some sticky stuff in grey colour acting as a sealant too.....Obviously dont work!Clean it up and refit it with sika flex and hope for the best!
We did try the seal idea around the door rain run off section where the door is sandwiched together...No good! Stops a lot of water ingress button all of it. You will still need two dry it out occasionally!
I did the job below on ours ...Still gets damp! Yes I have replaced the inner and the outer ones too! No good! Just removed the outer seal .
We have had two Apache 634 motorhomes and both were a bugger with the garage seals!
Persevere ...you will get around it I am sure

When I had a 634 the water leaked in around the window then down the inside the wall to the locker frame, then round that onto the locker floor.
The dealer kept changing, adding seals, adjusting locks then eventually believed me that it was the window.
Have a look just incase.
