Scottish borders or thereabouts please

Why oh why are all the meets too far south. Please can we have one near the Scottish borders. Been to one meet so far and loved it but the rest seem all too far away to travel especially trying to juggle the distance around work.

I have attended a mini meet that was held in central Fife with the Niesmann + Bischoff owners club. The site chosen had electric hook up, water and waste disposal but no showers. There is a good restaurant on site and there are coastal walks and a regular bus service into St. Andrews.

If enough people were interested I would be happy to try and organise a mini meet.

You don't want anywhere that demands a fee, or any up front money.

The meets we organised were behind a pub, and only had room for 20 motorhomes, the landlord was happy with any amount that came, and even happier when they when into the pub for a drink or even a meal as many did. :thumb:

So who is going to be the first funster to get the ball rolling. Bob.

That would be great Norman but would need to be sometime before the middle of August as we will then be taking our 1st trip over the tunnel

Hi, we ventured to Scotland at the end of August, but as we spend half our time overseas it takes more planning. We will be heading in the wrong direction.
But don't worry you will not be alone. Bob.
