Has anybody spent 90 in EU, 90 in Morocco, then back to EU.
I'm trying to get my head round the maths as surely you can't have 90 days away from Schengen as the travel days in and out of Morocco also count as days in the Schengen zone.
So are we all limited to 90 days EU with some Moroccan days in-between?

Download one of the many Schengen Calculator apps.
Basically for every day 'in' you need to do one day 'out

Never leave it to the last moment.
Do 85 days in EU,
85 Days in Morocco
85 Days in EU

or
You could do say 60 days in the EU
Then say 30 days in Morocco
Which would then allow you to do 30 days back in the EU + you would have added a few days credit

You are allowed 90 days in Morocco, but if you leave your motorhome / campervan on a site and leave Morocco (mainland Spain or Ceuta) and come back the same day it will extend your stay in Morocco by another 90 days. After that you would have to leave as you can't keep your motorhome in Morocco for more than 180 days.
Got that info from a port official at Tanger Med.

Also you can extend you stay in Morocco by going to a large police station… some larger campsites like Atlantica parc can do it for you when your on site, but then you have to stay on the site for around a month which is good if you intend to anyway.

As others have said a €50 flight to the canaries from agadir for the day or drive over to Ceuta for the day…
