Sat Nav with video input (1 Viewer)

I am looking for a satnav that will also double up as a monitor for a rear facing camera. There is a Navpal sat nav on Amazon that offers this facility. However I have never bought anything on Amazon. EBay has lots of them for sale but the descriptions do not mention the camera input.

The description on Amazon and eBay just states 7inch GPS sat nav. No model numbers quoted. Confused.

Navpal are probably one of the cheapy chinese jobbies sold under different names. Some swear by them, some just swear at them and buy a branded sat nav.
No idea about the camera input but if it doesn't say it has one it probably hasn't
I use a Garmin camper sat nav and bc40 camera which seems to work ok. It connects over wifi or bluetooth not sure which
