Hi all. New van owner here. Had the van converted by a professional conversion company who have made a complete mess of it and now have gone into liquidation so even though we’ve had the van 18 months we’ve not actually managed to go anywhere in it yet as we are working through the mess that we’ve been left with. All the electrics seemed to be working 12v until we got a flat van battery and we tried charging the starter through the ECU160 Sargent but when we came back to look at the display, the volts on the Sargent display were going down and was on 7v so we turned it all off. The next day we noticed volt indicator on the Sargent wouldn’t light up, also the lights on the aux had no output from the Sargent. No fuses are blown, our durite smart relay has a constant green light on. We have durite 727-43. Any advice gratefully received or anyone know of a good auto electrician in our Chesterfield area please. Thanks in advance

Not sure if these do it but try Total Car Solutions 07971000696
Failing that, Alsatian may know of someone here in Chesterfield

Try SR Leisure (they do mobile too) 01623 556722

Good luck, hope it all gets fixed soon and you can get out on your jollies

I've just had an issue with mine not charging. It was the plug from the charger to the sargent unit was not pussed in and so was not making full contact. Just a thought and hope you get it sorted.

Have you confirmed that the 240v supply to the EC160 is ok ? Also is the leisure battery charged and its main fuse and connections ok.
