Control panel has no power PSU functioning normally. Resetting PSU and operating switches on control panel still no power, possibly as a result of recent freezing weather. Wondering if the relay that stops the control panel power when engine running is preventing supply. Any ideas appreciated. I have no voltage on the canbus input plug from the PSU.

Probably not but you don't happen to have put the EC500 into shutdown mode?
Have you checked the voltage at the EC480?

You need to check the control panel pcb carfully for corrosion. Especially around the small battery that retains the settings. They die over winter and corrosion leads to pcb tracks burning out. There are people out thete that will do a repair if you can't solder
