SANEF Tag equivalent for larger vehicles

We'd like to be able to get through the toll booths without stopping but our vehicle is 7.5 tonne and so we can't use the SANEF Tag system. Can anyone recommend an alternative? I've been looking at Eurotoll - does anyone here use it and, if so, are they happy with it?

I have been using their (tolltickets) tag for the last year in France and Spain and had no problems with it at all. SWMBO as she no longer is in danger of falling out of the window trying to reach toll machine.
