Can anyone recommend a few stop offs/places to see on route from Saint-Malo to Annecy, we leave this Sunday first time with our little Jack Russell,
Thanks
There’s a quiet and well appointed CCP aire, - it’s ‘Camping de Mon Village’ with dogs on leads accepted - at Saint-Pierre Le Moutier on your direct route east of Bourges and just south of Nevers. Nice village for a wander round as well.
We really liked Le Mans there’s a free aire just outside the city walls 10 minutes walk into town which is really impressive. Lots of bars restaurants and impressive architecture.
Tipped it down with rain whilst we were there but would really like to return to see more.
There is a good aire at Paray Le Monial where parking and emptying is free, only pay if you need water or electicity. It has direct access to the canal bank for dog walking and the town itself is worth a little walkabout.
