I am sure this is not a new problem. I have managed to download to my computer the POI files for the CCC site. I've got them in Tom Tom Drive on the computer. The help section tells me to connect my device (done) updated (done) but the files are not transferring during the process. I've disconnected, rebooted and done all the usual things. No joy.
The help advice keeps referring my to My Drive on the device, there is no such place that I can find. I am using a relatively old Tom Tom 1005 with the Camper maps downloaded. Anybody else had this problem and solved it?

I believe My Drive is the app that goes on your PC to talk to the tomtom unit and once signed in you add the poi,s that way.

Thanks I will give that a try - it was the reference to the device that threw me. When I looked at a new ne it all worked! I am trying to avoid having to buy another one

The older TomToms don't require my drive. Just copy the ov2 and bmp files into the directory that holds your maps, usually called Europe and it will be there.
