For info , I used this on my last trip but then stopped the subscription. I’m off to France next week so I restarted the 200gb for £20 subscription put sim in router and nothing, put in my iPhone and nothing, both show signal and 4G.
I contacted RWG ( yes I did get a reply in less than 24hours
) and the said because I hadn’t used it for 90 days it would need reactivating, which they have done and it’s working a treat know, a lot faster than Smarty at Normans bay Kent.
