Running lights Fiat Ducato

Good afternoon Funsters
Have any Autotrail Fiat owners fitted running lights?
My van is 2011, the circular orifice looks ready to remove and put lights into place
Any advice or links to articles would be appreciated

I fitted these on our 2013 Peugeot Boxer, no cutout to fit, plus they are mounted higher up than the lower round position, so easier for pedestrians to see.

Hi All, Tidying up a few things on my Compass Drifter 410 (on a 2000 Boxer base), and I'm keen to replace the front top running lights. They're pretty manky and the screw heads have rusted out to keen to swap out for newer ones. Can someone suggest where I might get something similar to...
