Route From Oresund Bridge to Mo i Rana and Refill Gas

Hi all,
We are planning a 5/6 week trip to the north of Norway ,taking in the 17 coastal route from Mo i Rana to to Boda then a ferry across to the Lofotens. We are looking for the easiest drive from the Oresund Bridge to Mo i Rana as the starting point for our main adventure and possible options being the E06,E45,E12 through Sweden or E06 route through Norway. We would appreciate your thoughts on possible routes.

Also we have a Gaslow refillable gas tank with external filler and would like to confirm what filler point adapters are used in Sweden and Norway.

I can't remember the adapter but we had all 3,the only thing is the lpg stations are few and far between and nothing on the lofotens.

While you're there take in the Atlantic Wall remnants. Surprisingly frequent.
