Route from Ancona to Germany

We’re near Ancona at the moment with 20 days left before returning to the UK. I would appreciate advice on the route we should take into Germany please.

If you want to avoid the vignette system of Austria the route from Villach up to Salzburg is simple and free.
Plenty of paying aires/campsites en route.
