Have a look on eBay and Facebook marketplace for similar vans and see what they are selling for.

Nice looking interior, that will appeal to a certain market, maybe not to everyone's taste.

2005 isn't really old and 110000 isn't a lot for a van but then why did it need new diff bearings and new rear springs? Possibly it's had a hard life lugging heavy stuff around. Does it have a tow bar? What about wear to the seats and front carpets etc? Usually an indicator.

What's the maximum permissible weight and was it weighed with any water/fuel in. What's the insulation and heating like if you want to use it in winter. You haven't mentioned a toilet what's the shower like and how big are the fresh/waste tanks.

What’s the chassis condition? Does it have service history ? A lot of stuff listed is general maintenance. We have a 2005 Iveco 3 litre seems a decent van engine so powerful, needs general maintenance like any other, brakes, just had an exhaust and starter motor. 6.5 metres, 4.9 tonne huge payload.

I think will go for more than 8k that van. To much wood for me. The leaf springs agree. To gauge a estimate, needs to be seen in flesh, I can spot things from a mile, but photos can deceive.

I would also expect it to make £8k plus, live edge timber is nice but this one is over the top, for me.

looks like a 3.5tonne van to me, so if it weighs 3.1tonne I’d be asking a few questions, like a the time of weighing were the fuel and water tanks full or empty, was the driver in the van etc?

With only 400kg to play with I’d want the van weighing by axle, extra long wheel base vans are prone to overloading on the rear axle, so check carefully.

A family of 4 can easily weigh over 200kgs (being polite John) a 70 litre fuel tank when full adds at least 60kgs, fill a 70 litre water tank and now now you only have 70 kgs for food, drink, luggage, toys etc......

Not impossible but tight.

Its very ”free spirity” to me but i would want totake it to a weighbridge to see the actual weight with all that timber, but i like ivecos 😊

Who built it, Bilbo Baggins

If you're selling it buy a couple of festival tickets and stick a for sale sign in it with a phone number.

I'd definitely want to see an axle weight ticket before I bought it , it'll weigh 2.5t as a standard van with a tank of fuel and a skinny driver

That one has a pine tree in it , stuff bolted to the roof and God knows what else

I'd be amazed if it had any payload left at all

My experience with an Iveco (Turbo) Daily was unbelievably good.

Fabulous strong solid van.

280,000 practically trouble free kms.

I built the inside exactly as I wanted it and lived in it for years and years and years.

Indeed I still use it as my shed...

Iveco... I love 'em.
