Hi All
We’re travelling to/from Plymouth - Roscoff with Brittany Ferries in mid September and will need to stay over for the night each way close to the port in Roscoff. Any recommendations for somewhere good to stay? Our MH is 8m.
TIA 🙂

If you just need a simple ( and free) overnight park up close to the port I'd recommend the car park by the old railway station. On leaving the port turn right and head towards Roscoff centre ville. Look out for the sign to the Gare and Parking Longue Duree (station and long stay car park). It is much used by motorhomes who usually park at the back near the sheds so it is highly unlikely you will be the only one there. If you prefer a campsite or paid aire with services then head through town and out along the coast following signs to Camping Perharidy where you will be able to choose from either the campsite or the adjacent Camping Car Park Aire. All the above can take an 8m van.

1st Place is the Aire at St. Pol de Leon
Coordinates are
N48.6829312 W3.9700561

It's on the Quai de Pempoul and next to a bay that empties and fills every tide.
It is Pay Aire but pleasant with three restaurants within walking distance.

The next is at
N48.7125826 W3.9966033

It's just to the SW of Roscoff itself and is on the Rte de Laber.
(I note that the former parking place just further on the same road
that used to get lots of Motorhome traffic is now height controlled.)
The former parking place was being converted in March this year to only accept
cars.
It COULD BE??? that the parking place I have identified has also been made
a no no, but without having been in the last 6mths I cannot say.

There is provision at the port for motorhomes to stay when arriving or waiting to depart. If you are landing at Roscoff its on the right before you go up the hill.
