just looking
Context:

I purchased a 2020 autoroller 746 this summer. It came with every single scrap of paperwork going back to it leading the factory. All of handbooks and manuals/certs for every manufacturer fitted component as well as the additions (eg self levelling) added after. The original dealer sales invoice in 2020, the first owners sale back to the dealer in 2022 and the resale to the previous keeper who owned it until summer. I also have all of the service history and all 4 hab checks - the last of which was April 2024 - 3m before I purchased. On the prior hab check there was “advice” given around excess moisture (>35) on rear bench - every other area tested <5. The technician noted no obvious sign of water ingress - from below (garage) or above. He commented very likely to be condensation owing to time of year, lack of use/storage. I have used over the Mh over the summer months and not noticed anything. MH left for 6 weeks then used again last weekend; relatively cold overnight so heating on overnight. Low dew point. I notice significant damp underneath the rear bench - including dampness on seat cushion.

Bottom line: I am concerned about water ingress.

I understand that manufacturer provides 10y warranty against water ingress - subject to annual hab checks. I have approached deal - still an approved one. They requested proof of hab checks - which I have supplied. They have said they need to submit these to manufacturer then will likely decide what to do. I get the impression the dealer isn’t overly interested - I understand that given they’re more interested in selling new units and doing paid service work.

Does anyone have advice/experience on how I should approach this going forward?

Greatly appreciate input!
