Hi all, I'm new to this and was seeking help, as we've just gone and ordered the above motorhome. Any secret overrides on how to lower the beds (motorised beds, one at the front and one at the back) lower than the factory settings. Its a 2024 MY. Thank you. Alan

No, the front dropdown has lockers under it which need to be taken into consideration, they're around the same depth as the back cushions... same for the rear. They go to the base of the slide guide.

Quality control on our Roller Team is non existent. Our bed wasn't adjusted, if it was physically possible it would have gone through the roof and dropped to the floor. Ours has a rotary encoder with adjustable upper and lower limits at one end of the motor.

Alan67 these pictures show the rotary encoder (yellow bit) on the end of the motor. There are 2 hex screws which adjust the upper and lower stops. I can't remember which screw is which limit but lower bed then raise it 1 inch, twiddle a screw 1/2 a turn and lower bed again. If no difference in lowest bed position turn it back to original position, it must be the other screw. I got to the screws by lifting the mattress. This is from a Project 2000 bed.

Ok... can I just say this?

If anything ever happens to the dropdown... which is not unrealistic as they are all prone to being Diva's. One look at the work done by either your dealer or even a RT rep will void your 5 year warranty the coachbuilder gives it.

ALWAYS be careful what you plan to hack or mod. I've seen it a gazillion times with owners sometimes left £1000's out of pocket. Be conversant & confident in what you plan, if not, leave well alone. It's a legal rabbit hole you don't even want to look in far less willingly climb in to.

Yes agree and fair point. It’s just a bit frustrating the runners go much lower but the factory restrictions make it a bit “coffin like” when in the end. Thanks for your feedback.

2017 T-590.
I didn't worry about adjusting the bed limits and falling foul of the warranty, the people at Roller Team wouldn't know there are adjustments or they would have set it right when they threw it together.

Hi Alan, we have just bought our new TLine 700. The dealer adjusted the rear drop down bed for us

I purchased a new T-Line 700 earlier this year.
Both the front and rear lower bed heights needed adjusting as they were almost unusable.
A bit of research showed it’s quite easy to do get get the optimal height.
The “yellow” adjuster needs to be exposed by removal of covers over the operating mechanism.
With an Allen key, adjust by a few turns to change the auto cut-out height. I probably adjusted mine around 15 turns!! Clockwise for higher, anti clockwise for lower.
Worked great for me!
