Rocker switch

Good afternoon,
On my Autotrail there is a rocker switch beside to head unit. Click down to two or click to one. Does the switch move the power supply from leisure to vehicle and vice versa. A basic question , hey appreciated.

Maybe a switch to allow radio use without the ignition being on. Don't know if it switches between power source?

Yes, probably. One position will be on all the time. The other will only work with the ignition on.

Be warned, head units often pull quite a lot of power. Accidentally leaving it on overnight could take a chunk out of your hand battery charge.
