I thought roads in UK were bad, but then I got to Italy !!! Even the motorways have potholes and some if the approach roads are more like a farm track Hey Ho, be grateful for what we have got?

Romania when we were there 4 years ago was actually much worse than here. (Psst. Don't tell the politicians!) Our Romanian host asked how you tell if a Romanian driver is dunk? Answer: He drives in a straight line!

I think most countries now have problems with paying for roads repairs, yet I heard that tax revenue's from oil have never been higher across Europe as a whole.

I think the M6/5 around Birmingham has to be the worst in this country.
