Hi we have bought the replacement front panel and ribbon cable from Apuljacks. Come to fit it BUT ( there is always a but 
) we cannot get the existing ribbon cable to budge
any ideas please.Have looked on some of the other posts but nothing seems to cover our dilemma TIA
