Listen to You and Yours on Radio 4 - today's edition (28th Nov). Wouldn't go near 'em myself and don't be fooled in to thinking they are a bank.

Have you treied turning the phone off completely then restarting?
Failing that I once had to delete the app completely & reinstall.

I think the point is not the fact that people were scammed but the fact that Revolut is not a bank and seems to go to some lengths to not refund scammed money.
