That is @Landy lover he is doing all the hard work organising this one. We are just helping on the forum threads for Retro Newbury but we should be there waving our arms around at Retro Newark as part of the marshalling team

Hi Bulk supplies of passes will be posted to me about 3 weeks before each event - I will then fill them out and post on so you should receive about 2 weeks prior - IF there is a problem with it clashing with travels let me know and we leave with the gate staff for you.

I shall be doing a attendee list soon and will keep that updated weekly
