We are a recently retired couple with own camper looking for house, dog and or cat sitting positions from May - end of August 2024. Any other animals considered. Any location.

Right here goes, never done this before.

IF . . . you are free for these dates and also in an area you want to visit.

8th May to 25th May.

One elderly cat and one dog ( collie/retriever cross).

Grimes Graves Cottage
English Heritage site (former custodians cottage).
Neolithic Flint Mines roughly 4/5000 years old.
We’re smack in the middle of Thetford Forest in Norfolk.
No neighbours.
Walk out the back door /front door (any door) and straight into the forest.
Great for walks and cycling.
Not on a bus route!
Nearest shops 2 to 3 miles away.
Safe and secure parking on property.
Grimes Graves visitor centre 1/2 mile down private road.
Dads Army Museum 6 miles away in Thetford.
Very good selection of shops in Brandon and Thetford 10 /15 minutes drive.
45 minutes from Norfolk coast.
We have 6mtr PVC that parks here very easily, and have had friends 7 mtr PVC got in fine too.

Oh . . . they’re NOT graves!
Until 1870 it was thought this was an ancient burial site until excavations were carried out to find these were actually Stone Age flint mines!

We are back into Motorhoming after a bit of a break (we saw the error of our ways....) and wondered if you are still available for house-sitting + dog in August 2024? We are in Cornwall, near Bodmin Moor, plenty of space to park up a motorhome, although the house is warm and comfy too!

Please may I ask if you're available for Saturday 24th August to Saturday 31th August 2024 to pet sit a dog and a rabbit ? We are Pam and Len who live in the Highlands of Scotland in Barbaraville, a small village 3 miles from Invergordon. We have a shorefront bungalow and enjoy lovely views over the Cromarty Firth to the Black Isle beyond. We have a 100ft driveway and can offer fresh water, waste water and ehu. We'd be very happy to send you some photographs of the animals, the property and the view from the driveway if you're at all interested in sitting for us. Our motorhome is a wide 6.0m Burstner and we can reverse onto the drive quite easily and feel a 7m van would also reverse comfortably. We look forward to hearing from you. PS - we're flexible on dates.
