Reset problem Truma 6 E

Tried to fire up the hot water today, just for cleaning inside the van. Turned it to gas as not plugged in. Started to run up tripped out showing no power E507H. To the little black cover off of side of heater, pressed reset button. Yellow light flashed 10 times a click and stopped flashing. Tried again same problem same code. Plenty of gas both tanks show full. Plugged in ehu turned heater to electric only, tried again tripped out same code. With the power still on pressed reset button 10 flashes of yellow light different click. Run it up on mains started up fine. Turned it off. Selected gas only run up fine. Had this once before it would only reset if ehu present. All very well but if no mains available it could be a problem?/

Thank you for the info, the gas was turned on. I have had this problem a few times if either the van or the heater has not been used for a while.

The reset procedure requires more than a simple push of the button, it has to be held in.

The button shown in the video is the one I use to reset, but as stated it will only completely reset if hooked up to the mains, which is a bit strange.
