Replacing Zadi locks

Has anyone any experience of replacing their lock barrels ? I've just had a replacement Thetford 6 locker surround fitted and it has 3 locks on it, whereas the one it replaced had one lock and two pushbutton locks, so now I have two sets of keys for the van's lockers and hab door and would like to go back to one common key. I'll need to replace 6 barrels in total.

Wellll .. you can either get a six barrel set, or simply remove your old locks and fit them in the place of the new ones..
You will need a red Zadi removal key ( there are two types available, and depending on the age of the van and locks you MAY need both types !
